If you think that being an athlete depends on your size, shape, age or ability you'll want to watch this video by reatil giant Target. Featuring teenage ballet dancer Lizzy Howell, among others, it is attempting to defy stereotypes and doing it well. While it might be easy for big brands to tap into zeitgeist topics and use them for their advantage, they may also have a big enough audience (and budget) to make a difference in viewer's perception.
