For those new to the sport of trail running and for those wanting to up their game, this trail running experience offers advice, guidance, and valuable insight into whats required to become the best off road runner 'you' can be. Experienced coach and trail running champ Karen Barrett will cover the skills & drills to take on those hills whilst you take in the beauty of running off road in nature.
The Travel Play Live Womens Adventure Summit is a ‘build your own adventure’ three day mammoth weekend. Fill your days off-site activities like mountain biking, white water kayaking, climbing, hiking, bodyboarding, surfing, stand up paddle boarding and more.
Our experienced navigation coaches are experts in the outdoor sports requiring map and compass skills and can teach you all the basics to navigate confidently with these tools for either pleasure or for sports such as orienteering, rogainning or adventure racing.
An event where outfits are a must, team work camaraderie is essential and you'll feel like a kid at Christmas again!

Mountain Designs GeoQuest 48hr is Australia's premier adventure race. It involves 48+hrs of non-stop endurance racing in the major disciplines of trekking, mountain biking and kayaking. The Geo-Half adventure race is run at the same time as the Mountain Designs GeoQuest. It covers only half the distance but teams have the full 48hrs to complete it.
Ocean swimming in the crystal clear waters off Pacific Palms, cross country running around rugged escarpments and forests, with a paddle leg across Smiths Lake, mountain biking through the Wallingat National Park with a sweet mix of rolling trails, creek crossings and single track, paddling on the pristine Wallis Lake, around islands and past our famous oyster leases and finally a run across the renowned Forster Tuncurry bridge to finish on Main Beach.
The aim of the event is to encourage more women to try the sport of MTB by providing an opportunity to set goals, get moving, and challenge themselves in a social and encouraging environment. It is also about creating a fun weekend for the girls. Bring your partners, friends, families, and enjoy the growing network of trails in the Snowy Mountains.
Run, crawl, jump, climb, wade, dodge and scream as the undead hunt you down.
Not for the faint-hearted! Be prepared to have the sh*t scared out of you. If scary movies have you hiding under the blankets or darkness sees you running for the light, then Running Scared is NOT for you.
